Our small-batch Kimchi is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.  Made in limited quantities to ensure the highest quality, our kimchi boasts a perfect balance of flavors and textures, the spicy kick of the Gochugaru pairs well with Rice Dishes, Korean BBQ, Noodles, Tacos, Grilled Cheese, Eggs and Salads. 

Ingredients: Napa cabbage, sea salt, daikon radish, green onion, gochugaru (Korean chili pepper flakes), garlic, fish sauce (anchovy, sea salt), cilantro, ginger.

Fermented foods have been around for millennia and is an effective way to preserve vegetables before refrigeration.

Our natural ferments are similar to what’s been made for that entire time. Refrigeration slows the fermentation process.

All fermented, live-cultured products are refrigerated in our warehouse and need to be refrigerated upon receipt.

We coordinate shipping dates for you that facilitate our product getting to you without sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

During certain times of the year, the products will be warm when they arrive. Simply refrigerate and enjoy within a few hours.

When opening for the first time after refrigeration, we suggest opening slowly over the sink in case any brine leaks out.

This is completely normal with fermented foods that have a bit of pressure built up in them during shipping and transport.
